ABOUT ME

  • I am a former classroom teacher in California, with over ten years experience.

  • In addition to two teaching credentials I possess a master of science in instructional science and technology.

  • Since leaving the classroom I have been working as a freelance instructional design advisor to the Culinary Institute of America’s graduate program, The Food Business School. In addition, I am adjunct faculty at College of the Desert in Palm Desert, California.

  • Prior to my tenure as an educator and instructional designer, I worked as an executive chef for several large and small companies.

I would love to put my experience to work for you and help your firm realize its full potential.

MY Training Method

  • Assess and Analyze Needs

Careful assessment targets where the learning needs are.

  • Develop Learning Objectives

Determining the learning objectives helps with building assessment and, in turn, the design of the course.

  • Design, Develop, Implement

Once the learning objectives are determined, build assessment and then design and develop the course around what the learner should be able to do upon completion of the course.
